Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
3. How long does it take to get there?
Five to ten business days in the UK
Europe: 7 to 15 business days
International: 10 to 20 business days
Please be aware that delivery times may change because of customs, delays with the courier, or other unexpected events.
4. Is it possible to track my order?
Yes. You will get an email confirming your order and giving you tracking information (if available) once it has been shipped.
5. What is your policy on returns?
You can send things back within 90 days of getting your order. Items must be in their original packaging, with tags still attached, and not used or worn.
6. How long does it take to get your money back?
After we get your returned item and check it out, we process refunds within 7 business days. The amount will be put back on the payment method you used to make the purchase.
7. Do you take returns?
We don't offer direct exchanges right now. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if you want something else.
8. What do I do if I get a broken or wrong item?
Please email us right away at contact@chicland.shop if your item is broken, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will send you a new item or give you your money back at no extra cost.
9. Do you send things to other countries?
Yes, we send things all over the world. Shipping is always free, but depending on where you live, you may have to pay customs duties and import taxes.
